"...The Cop and Dog Picture is my dog Butchie, a lovable Pit Bull who has a notorious urination problem! This dog urinates 4o ounces of water at a time! I thought it would be comical to feature him in a cartoon getting a summons from a police officer for a "quality of life vandalism offense" Hey, in a town like New York, it COULD happen!..."
